this is julia
Most decentralised governance advisors are economists or coders. Julia is an Architect.
Currently a PhD researcher at TU Delft, she specialises in the governance of shared physical resources. Her research targets the physicality gap, designing decentralised digital governance frameworks that account for, rather than ignore, the messy complexities of urban infrastructure.
Julia is co-founder of urban futures lab. Beforehand, Julia practised as an architect at several architectural offices, winning national awards for cognitive master planning.
